Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing hardware and software support to users within the district. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software support to users
- Assist in the operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance procedures
- Assist with live streaming district events after normal school hours
Requirements:
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent technology experience
- Ability to communicate with others
- Ability to function within the framework of a school environment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to diverse audiences
Physical Demands:
- Lifting, carrying, pushing 20-50 lbs.
- Some stooping and kneeling
- Ability to climb 6-foot ladder
- Ability to remain mobile throughout the workday
