Job Summary
The summer intern will help develop methods for analytical instrumentation in our Analytical R&D lab.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review and research project background and status with mentor
- Develop / validate method using gas and liquid chromatography and other analytical techniques
- Conduct analytical evaluations and quantification
- Make novel observations
- Collect and interpret data
- Draw sound conclusions based on data analysis
- Summarize work and write SOPs
- Present project reviews before colleagues and peers
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Education and Experience :
Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited four-year institution
Previous internship experience
