Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process/Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes, ensuring efficiency and safety in production while focusing on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new chemical processes and systems based on industry standards.
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control
- Utilize MS365 software for documentation and project management purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering and chemical production.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with industrial markets and technical textiles.
- Certification in NCCCCE is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS365 and other relevant software tools.
