We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Design Manager to lead our design efforts and elevate our brand presence globally. Key Responsibilities:
Immediate Rebranding Needs
- Lead rebranding initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and goals.
- Update Binks literature and product images to reflect rebranding efforts.
- Provide visual support for factory operations and manage Return to Binks (RT to Binks) design needs.
Long-Term Support
- Promotions: Create compelling promotional materials to drive engagement and revenue.
- Advertising: Design digital and print advertisements optimized for various platforms.
- Photography: Oversee photography for product introductions (NPI) and branding.
- Videos: Direct and produce product and brand videos to enhance storytelling.
- Tradeshows: Support design of booth visuals, ensuring global consistency.
Expanded Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of print and digital marketing materials, incorporating AI-generated design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain digital asset organization and secure necessary approvals from relevant departments.
- Stay current on design trends and apply them to enhance visual strategies.
- Utilize expertise across diverse media channels, including web, digital, brochures, trade shows, sales programs, advertising, social media, rendering, photography, and video production.
Qualifications:
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in graphic design.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) & interest (or experience) in learning AI design tools.
- Strong project management skills and experience balancing short-term and long-term objectives.
- Global brand management and adapting designs for international markets.
- Video editing, motion graphics and product photography experience.
- Creative problem-solving with attention to detail and design trends.
