Assist project managers with a variety of tasks from project start-up to close outAssist with preparing and maintaining files, schedules & logsDrawing ReviewsLocate vendors, prepare bid packages, & receive proposalsDraft purchase orders, subcontracts and change ordersAssist with the permitting processDistribute drawings to and communicate with subcontractors and field personnelAssist with invoice review and codingAssist with punch list and preparation of close out materials
