Responsibilities
Business Insurance Sales :
Identify and engage business owners to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Sell a range of commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Property, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and more.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and nurture relationships with business owners to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure they have adequate coverage as their business grows.
Agency Goals :
Meet or exceed monthly new business sales targets.
Contribute to the overall success of the team through collaborative efforts and idea sharing.
Marketing and Lead Generation :
Utilize agency-provided tools and resources to prospect for new business clients.
Attend networking events and engage with the business community to generate leads and referrals.
Product Knowledge :
Stay informed on business insurance products and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Participate in regular training sessions to maintain licensing and sharpen sales skills.
Requirement
Must hold or be willing to obtain a General Lines Texas License.
At least 2 years of proven sales experience (commercial or business insurance sales preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
