Your Role: As a Radiation Therapist at Carlsbad Medical Center, you will:
- Administer precise radiation therapy to specific areas of patients as prescribed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each therapy session, including dosage, equipment settings, and patient responses.
- Use your expertise and judgment to plan and deliver effective treatment plans.
- Work under general supervision with opportunities for creativity and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T) registry or registry eligibility in radiation therapy technology.
- Current licensure by the State Department of Health Services.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
