Automotive Finance Manager

Carlson Toyota is looking to hire a Finance Manager. This individual would join a growing company who is focused on providing an EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Top performance pays as high as 19%.

Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting with customers to complete their purchase.
• Ability to promote and sell finance products at a high level.
• Understand and be able to communicate different finance options through different finance sources.
• Effective ability to communicate various finance options and programs.
• Communicate effectively with the customer and listen to any needs or information they communicate.
• Ability to work efficient and quick to serve the customers financing needs.
• Ability to complete proper paperwork.
• Display a willingness to help mentor sales professionals.
• Must be a hard worker with good work habits.

Required Skills:

• Expectational customer service skills.
• Experience needed however does not need to be specific to Toyota.
• Above average organizational skills.
• Very high ethical standards.
• Treat every customer and fellow teammate with respect.
• Willing to serve customers to insure high customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Finance Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
• Dealership Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Salary : $90,000 - $170,000
