Carlton Fields is seeking an Applications Analyst II for its Tampa office.
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills/experience:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three (3) years of technical support experience.
Applications Analyst II's position primary duty will be to act as a first escalation point for Help Desk.
Will work closely with the Help Desk and also the infrastructure team.
Qualified candidates must be able to answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance.
Creative problem solver.
Willing to be part of an on-Call rotation and work OT as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must.
Ability to provide customer service in a demanding environment.
Able to support Windows 11/Office 365.
Experienced in troubleshooting mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
Knowledgeable in Document Management Systems, specifically iManage, Comparison Tools and time keeping software such as Intapp Time a plus.
Skilled in troubleshooting Remote Access and Authentication issues (Virtual Machine, RSA Two Factor Authentication, VPN).
Experienced in managing Cisco IP Phones a plus.
Proactively seek out new knowledge and keep up to date with emerging trends in the industry.
