SUMMARY
In the Recruitment Manager role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment team to develop and execute effective hiring strategies that attract top talent. This role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. In addition to recruitment operations, the Recruitment Manager assists with the scheduling aspects of the Staffing Coordinators to ensure appropriate coverage and efficiency. You will be expected to conduct regular community visits, at least three times a week, to provide direction, monitor, assist, and implement strategies to optimize productivity while controlling costs. The role also involves analyzing recruitment metrics, collaborating with department heads to align hiring needs with business goals and collaborating with the Marketing team to enhance employer branding efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Owns and drives the employee branding strategy, ensuring alignment with company values and attracting top talent through targeted marketing and messaging on third-party platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor.
- Collaborates closely with the Marketing team to design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns across third-party platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effective outreach.
- Develops and executes employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, aligning with company culture and attracting top talent.
- Leverages marketing and sales techniques to drive candidate attraction, engagement, and retention, creating a personalized and compelling recruitment experience for top talent.
- Establishes and maintains partnerships with universities, trade schools, community organizations, and industry groups to create talent pipelines, increase brand awareness, and attract top candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, maintaining accurate records and documentation related to recruitment, hiring, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with Community Leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and operational goals.
- Tracks recruitment and scheduling trends, analyzing data to provide actionable solutions and recommendations to the communities.
- Completes compensation analysis to ensure company wages are fair and competitive.
- Full-cycle recruitment for all Community Leadership roles and serve as the liaison between Community Leadership and Home Office Consultants.
- Train new managers on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and serve as the subject matter expert in legal compliance, recruitment practices, and interview best practices.
- Assists HR team with projects and initiatives.

- Dress appropriately per the Company’s standards outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Attend periodic staff meetings, in-service training, and mandatory meetings as required.
- Observe Residents’ Rights, as posted within the facility, to include any updates thereto.
- Mandated reporting – if you suspect any verbal, physical, emotional, financial, or neglectful treatment toward a resident or staff member, report it to your supervisor immediately.
- In Emergencies, assist residents according to the Emergency Plan of the facility.
NONESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly supervises the Staffing Coordinators and assumes the duties when necessary and required.
- Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; scheduling; appraising performance; rewarding and
- disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Performs daily payroll edits. Adjust payroll records as appropriate. Perform end-of-period review.
- Able to read and write reports, business correspondence, memos, and staff performance evaluations.
- Observe the work environment for potential injury hazards and take appropriate preventative safety precautions. Actively participate in prevention, reporting, and management of Workers’ Comp. Claims.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Two or more years of administration of performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and employment law compliance.
- At least two (2) years of experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition, with a strong background in sales and marketing to effectively attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- At least one (1) year of management skills.
- At least one (1) year of brand management and social media skills preferred.
- According to Title 22, Section 87411(b) requirements must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Reasonable expectations of mathematical, technical, and reasoning skills to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Experience in public speaking or engaging with large groups of people preferred.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.
