Logistics Coordinator

We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our Southeast Houston area client!We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• • Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
  • Location: Southeast Houston area
  • Pay: $22-$24/hour
  • Hours: 9am to 6pm, M-F
  • Duration: Temp-to-hire
  • Description of Duties: Processing all incoming and outgoing product shipments. Creating Bill of Ladings. Entering receiving and shipping paperwork into the inventory system. Assisting the warehouse with verification of incoming shipments. Updating information in database and keeping an accurate record of shipment information in customer specific software. Respond to customer inquires regarding shipments and pick-ups. Working with Accounting and Quality Departments on returns. Scaling incoming and outgoing trucks. Maintaining visitor logs.
  • Requirements: 2 years’ experience with logistics and manufacturing. 2 years’ experience with shipping and receiving. Proficient computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet. Experience with an order entry system or database software is preferred. Hazmat (DOT/IATA) certified a plus
