In this role, the Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, managing technicians, workflow, and repairs of centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment. They ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while troubleshooting issues, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Salary: $33-$34/hr
The perfect Shop Foreman for our client will have:
- 5 years in pump repair, machining, or industrial maintenance.
- Supervisory experience in a shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of centrifugal pumps and troubleshooting.
- Adheres to OSHA and quality standards.
- Manages workflow, priorities, and communication.
- Certifications (Preferred): Machining, welding, or mechanical maintenance.
