We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be essential in enhancing our organization's public image and foster positive relationships. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, who can navigate the fast-paced world of media relations and social media coordination.

Responsibilities
Build and sustain strong, meaningful relationships with our current and potential affiliates.
Proactively seek new partnership opportunities with individuals and brands that align with CJLA.
Write, edit, and proofread press releases, articles, and other communications materials to ensure clarity and impact.
Conduct research to identify trends in public perception and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee the planning and execution of both local and out of state meet ups and events.
Utilize analytics tools to pull data and generate insights on influencer collaborations and event performance.
Event analysis for maximum impact.
Monitor media coverage of the organization and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
Organize timelines, budget and logistics of events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align public relations efforts with marketing initiatives.
Lift up to 50 lbs of clothes, racks, boxes, etc.
Pay starts at $23-30 / hour

You must be able to :
Report to the office daily (Tarzana, CA)
Work night weekend shifts (when needed)
Travel for out of town events (when needed)
1 year experience preferred
