What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Administrator position at Carmel Pediatric Dentistry?
Carmel Pediatric Dentistry is a modern, fun, and safe environment for children and teens to receive and experience the highest quality dental care available. At CPD we believe in shaping positive dental experiences for both parents and their children, so they can look forward to and hopefully even LOVE coming to our dental office!
Job Duties Include:
- Welcome new and existing patients.
- Update patient demographic and insurance information.
- Manage patient forms.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments.
- Adjust and fill the schedule as needed.
- Answer any questions pertaining to dental care, treatment, and payment options.
- Send correspondence letters to pediatricians and other providers involved in patient care.
- Assist with insurance claims and follow up as needed.
- Ensure workspace and waiting area is clean and presentable.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:
- Experience: 2 years of work experience, preferably in a dental office setting.
