The Membership Coordinator is the primary point of contact for day to day interactions with the membership, and acts as the membership liaison between members and staff. This position requires self-motivation and an urgency to act as timing is key in providing exceptional service to members as the Carmel Valley Ranch Membership experience continues to elevate.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greeting Visitors
- Answering phones
- Compose documents and letter
- Filing and other administrative task
- Other duties include but are not limited to; sorting mail, proof reading documents, reports, and e-mails, and keeping the reception area neat, clean and organized.
- provide immediate assistance to members with day to day operations, and provide contact information to Sales Manager for prospective sales
- processing of all new member paperwork from start to finish, with completed checklist delivered to Director of Membership for signature
- responsible for management of golf lockers for new and existing members
- completion of accounting protocols with new and existing members for accurate member billing
- completion and ownership of member card and vehicle sticker process for new and existing members
- maintain organized files for current, resigned, and sell list membership files
- maintain organized and clean membership office and storage room
- maintain (10) current and up to date prospective membership sales packets at all times.
- maintain (20) copies of all prospective membership information at all times for member and staff use
- maintain member website with current information of member events
- execute promotion of weekly and monthly member events through email and print advertising at all outlets of resort
- provide support to weekly and monthly member events through engagement with members at event
- execute implementation of weekly clubhouse to go with culinary and marketing and see through to completion
- provide monthly member lists and updated guest pass logs to golf and river ranch
- provide ownership of member complaints, assist in resolving with other departments, and provide follow up that completed
- responsible for the implementation, ordering, and displaying of decorations for all member events, social and golf
- responsible for reservations of member events, registration lists, table assignments, and coordination with catering manager prior to event
- perform any other duties as directed by Director of Membership, or Membership Sales Manager
- provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications
Essential:
