Job Description
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will serve as a key resource in supporting the management & optimization of our HR applications, with a very strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. This involves closely collaborating with IT and HR stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance our HR systems. Your primary focus will be to support our « Americas » business stakeholders.
Moreover, solid project management skills are an asset, able to drive forward small & medium sized initiatives. This role requires a strong technical & functional acumen within Oracle HCM Cloud, combined with a solid understanding of HR processes.
Your Responsibilities :
- You will strongly contribute to the management and optimization of all relevant HR applications.
- You should have a profound background in Oracle HCM Cloud, including technical experience, allowing you to have an immediate impact on our current operational and strategic project initiatives.
- You need to be able to easily collaborate with an array of internal & external stakeholders; from internal HR & IT leadership to external vendors we integrate our HR applications with.
Your profile : Basic Requirements

Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities & interconnectedness.

Your team :
The HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) team is responsible for the management and maintenance of Carmeuse's HR IT landscape. This ranges from HCM to travel & expense applications. The team is composed of IT professionals with a strong HR business acumen, based in various locations, supporting Carmeuse's HR business process leads & other HR stakeholders.
The team contributes to ensuring efficient, seamless system operations, assisting in generating business reporting and driving strategic HR technology initiatives / system improvements. Joining Carmeuse's HRIS team means becoming a vital part of significantly contributing to an array of interesting, strategic, IT & HR initiatives.
Your manager :
Your manager will be Pieter Dumont, Carmeuse's IT HRIS Manager. His management style promotes collaboration, ownership, transparency & autonomy. Pieter is highly focused on the professional development of his team members, creating a positive & trusted environment for team members to grow and take on new challenges.
