The Position
The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our HR technology systems to support business objectives. This position is responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategic initiatives. The HRIS UKG Analyst will drive system enhancements, data integrity, reporting, and analytics to enable informed decision-making. Additionally, this role will act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and process improvements to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize UKG, managing system configurations, security settings, and user access.
- Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring stability, functionality, and minimal downtime.
- Lead testing for system updates, patches, and enhancements, validating functionality and mitigating risks.
- Ensure seamless data exchange between UKG and other HR systems, troubleshooting integration issues as needed.
- Configure workflows and automation to improve HR processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support HR and leadership decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to HR teams, payroll, and business users, ensuring effective system use.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in HRIS system administration, configuration, and data analysis.
- 2 years of experience with UKG system administration required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and report generation; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR functions such as benefits, payroll, and talent management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
