The Maintenance Director / Environmental Director is responsible to ensure maintenance of the Community is in clean, orderly and operational condition and handle all labor and repairs.
The Director will be expected to be physically involved (hands on work) in every aspect of the maintenance tasks and housekeeping team supervision.
