Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business is searching for a Full-Time Fixed Term Academic Program Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by providing execution support for the new Keishi Hotsuki leadership program, project managing the Leadership Development Certification, participating in the growth of our Golub Board Fellows Program particularly into our Online Hybrid MBA students, and managing the implementation of a new AI Coach.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Inputting programming into Calendar Platform and Securing Rooms and Supplies
Ensuring canvas courses are created and updated
Managing enrollment, tracking participation, and inputting grades
Execution support of the Keishi Hotsuki Leadership Program
Support for the expansion of the Golub Board Fellows Program into the Online Hybrid MBA program
Project Mgt for the Leadership Development Certification
Management of the implementation of the ALC AI Coach
Loading workshops into PowerPoint
Performs related duties and special projects as required or assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years in academic advising and/or academic program management experience required
A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated will be considered.

Sponsorship: Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work for CMU in the United States. CMU will not sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an employment visa for this opportunity. Carnegie Mellon is not a qualifying employer for the STEM OPT benefit: only the 12-month OPT may be used to work at Carnegie Mellon.
Work Posture: This position is operating on a hybrid schedule, with an on-campus/in office presence 3 days a week (through 6/30/26).
Typical Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:00pm. An alternate work schedule allowing for evening and weekend hours will be required on occasion.
Fixed Term: This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the possibility of renewal at the university’s discretion.
