This is a Monday - Friday role on first shift (8am-5pm) at a well known Manufacturing company with 50 plus years in Business here in North Carolina.
The job will report only to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and development of their Production Staff.

Responsibilities
- Hands on leader - coaching a team of 12 employees
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 7 years
- 2 years of production experience needs to be in high manufacturing enviroment prefered plastics.
- Leadership needs to be a leader from the front
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
