What Will You Do in This Role?
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems for our internal and external clients.

Proficiency in network troubleshooting
Remote desktop applications and help-desk software experience
Ability to install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Skillset to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Experience working with Windows, Android, and IOS platforms
Must be able to multi-task
Ability to work continuously on a task until completed
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify issues and solutions
Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
