Position Overview
Carneros Resort and Spa is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, motivated, detail-oriented teammate to join our Sales and Catering Team, providing administrative support as the Sales and Catering Coordinator.
Responsibilities :
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the behalf of the Sales and Catering Managers / Directors
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- File organization, contract turnover and deposit schedule maintenance for group bookings
- Distribution of documents for internal meetings, such as Banquet Event Order review and Resume review
- Printing event menus
- Coordinating VIP amenity requests, VIP pre-arrival needs and gift certificates
- Management of internal meeting requests and related Banquet Event Orders
- Manage office supply orders
- Any other duties as required
