Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance equity, inclusion, and belonging at IMS.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment.
- Provide training and resources to support faculty and staff in creating culturally responsive classrooms.
Key Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in equity-focused work, preferably in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
