The Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging will be responsible for creating and implementing programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the school community. This will include working closely with faculty and staff to develop and deliver training and professional development opportunities, as well as collaborating with students, parents, and guardians to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a diverse educational setting, with a strong understanding of equity, inclusion, and belonging principles and practices. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging will play a critical role in shaping the school's vision and strategy for equity, inclusion, and belonging. They will work closely with the Head of School and other leaders to ensure that our policies and practices align with our mission and values.
