Were looking for an amazing maintenance professional to fill this role, which is based in our Anchorage office. Youll be responsible performing general facility maintenance and inspection duties for the Anchorage shop and managing vehicle parts procurement, receiving, distribution and accounting for the Parks motorcoach shops in McKinley and Denali.

- Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the daily and monthly financial tracking, processing, and reporting of maintenance dept.
- Creates work orders & purchase orders.
- Orders, schedules delivery, or picks up parts from various vendors.
- Stocks parts and organizes parts room and storage areas.
- Monitors physical parts and shop supply inventories.
- Track, schedule, and coordinate preventative maintenance of our assets.
- Maintains maintenance vehicle records files.
- Facility PM and shop assistant functions
- Schedule work and assist with snow removal around the building in the winter.
- Schedule work and assist with grounds maintenance in the summer
- Assist in training new seasonal staff on departmental procedures and processes.
- Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Light Mechanic or facility maintenance preferred
- Clean driving record required. CDL preferred but can obtain through company provided CDL driving course.
- Warehousing / store keeping methods and procedures.
- Inventory control methods and procedures, knowledge of maintenance hand tools,
- Abilities, Knowledge and Skills :
- Proficient in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of computerized inventory systems.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a driving record that meets company standards.
- General knowledge of maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to communicate, coordinate and collaborate with management and staff.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
