SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS ANALYST

Were looking for an amazing Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle or Miami offices. Youll be responsible for supporting business operations through the preparation of annual plan, quarterly forecast, monthly close and variance explanation. Youll help with any ad-hoc reports or projects as needed by operations.

• Responsibilities
• In partnership with the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, provide quantitative and qualitative information vital to business decision-making, including long-term strategic planning, annual operating planning, risks and opportunities scoping and variance analysis.
• Consolidate / prepare quarterly forecasting submissions with input from finance partners / Operations teams to meet Corporate deadlines.
• Prepare materials for monthly Risks and Opportunities meeting with CFO and other leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and reporting as required.
• Perform variance analysis and isolate performance drivers including fleet deployment and exchange rate fluctuation.
• Assist in developing finance and business presentations and related supporting materials.
• Requirements
• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, information systems, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Finance / Accounting experience.
• Advanced Financial Modelling and Excel skills.
• Ability to prepare and present financial analysis to a non-finance audience.
• Hyperion Essbase a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience Consulting and collaborating with business groups.

• Please note that this is a HYBRID position based in our Seattle, WA or Miami, FL offices. Candidates must be within driving distance and able to go into the office 3 days per week.

• Base Salary Range : $71,200.00 to $96,100.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
