Join Our Team as a Kennel Assistant!

Are you passionate about animal care? We’re looking for a dedicated Kennel Assistant to help provide top-notch care for our patients and boarders!

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role :

  • Provide daily care, including feeding, watering, cleaning, and walking pets
  • Bathe animals as needed
  • Safely handle and restrain pets
  • Monitor behaviors and overall well-being of boarded and hospitalized pets
  • Assist medical staff with tasks such as recording vitals, lab work, and radiographs
  • Keep the hospital clean and stocked

What You'll Bring :

  • Previous experience working with animals
  • Physical stamina to lift / move heavy pets and objects
  • A team player with a great attitude – smiles and laughter required!
  • Dependability and ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when monitoring for signs of distress or illness
  • A willingness to learn and provide compassionate care
