Our Opportunity : Maintenance Facility Planning Manager
Status : Full Time Day Shift [or Full Time Night Shift]
Hours : 8-hour shift - 8a-4p
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Compensation : $65,000 - $75,000 Annually depending on experience
Summary
The role of the Maintenance Planner is to minimize total Maintenance cost by maximizing Maintenance work force efficiency and productivity through detailed planning and scheduling of Maintenance work orders. This is performed in conjunction with anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts, material, and equipment access. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison activities between Production, Maintenance, and Purchasing departments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance work performed for Cold Spring Brewing Company
- Maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance related matters.
- Develop and maintain a backlog of ready work orders for maintenance department employees
- Implement schedule for extended machine shutdowns for preventative maintenance work
- Maintenance schedules updated and adjusted to meet changing conditions such as run times, production schedules, and root cause determination
- Issue monthly and weekly reports with all open items updated and addressed
- Performs all other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor / customer.
- Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.
- Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.

Job Setting
This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Employees will experience varying physical demands throughout the day, including standing for extended periods, walking on occasionally slippery floors, and handling equipment or materials.
Due to the nature of the facility, temperatures may fluctuate based on outside weather conditions including heat and cold.
The work environment can be loud, and hearing protection (ear plugs) is required. Additionally, to ensure safety and hygiene, employees must wear hairnets and refrain from wearing jewelry while on the production floor.
Alcohol is an ingredient in products we produce. We are unable to guarantee specific positions, work schedules or work environments that do not include working around alcohol.
