Carolina Caring is seeking a qualified and experienced Director, Human Resources to join our team. The Director, HR plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff members of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or business-related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources role, or in the alternative, at least 10 years' experience in a Human Resources management role. SHRM or HCRI Certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, with direct experience with Hospice or other healthcare preferred.
