What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Carolina Carports?
Carolina Carports Inc. is seeking motivated team members for our customer service department. Our customer service representatives are responsible for working with our customers and dealer representatives to provide up to date information regarding metal building orders, filing orders, preparing truck routes and scheduling deliveries. It is expected that applicants have proficient computer skills, the ability to mediate situations by phone and be able to multi-task as this is a fast paced environment.
Interviews will be held in person for this position at (187 Cardinal Ridge Trail, Dobson, NC 27017).
