Carolina Comfort Air, Inc, located in Clayton, NC is looking for an experienced, Service Coordinator to help the Service Department schedule appointments with CCA clients through incoming phone calls, chats and online bookings. This also includes maintaining the customer database with customer’s correct & current information. Must be a team player and maintain excellent internal and external customer service. Bilingual is a plus!
Weekly Schedule: First 4 weeks of training will be Monday- Thursday 7am-4pm. After completion of training, the schedule will vary from Sunday-Saturday 8am-8pm with Friday-Sunday being remote. Guaranteed one weekend off a month and fulltime 40 hours per week.
Summary/Objective: The Service Coordinator CSR is responsible for scheduling appointments with CCA clients through incoming calls, chats and online bookings. This involves maintaining the customer database with current information and booking calls with Service Technicians. Must be a team player and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
• Responsible to take all incoming calls as received
• Respond to all web chats and online bookings per customer request.
• Be able to multi-task within chat and phone demand.
• Schedule all demand service calls as calls are received.
• Create work orders for all service calls.
• Verify customer files are up to date as information is received from installation. (Extended Warranties, equipment info, new customers, etc.)
• All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-5 years customer service experience
- 2-5 years call center experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must deliver exceptional customer service
- Service Titan experience is a plus but not required
