Description :

Inspect, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Diagnose HVAC system issues and troubleshoot problems to identify the root cause.
Repair or replace defective parts and components using hand tools and specialized equipment.
Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Stay up to date with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC systems is preferred.

Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a residential and / or commercial setting.

Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.

Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment, depending on the scope of the project.

Valid HVAC technician license or certification (if required in your jurisdiction).

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
