The Client Service Representative role within our firm works solely with potential consumers by enlightening them about our clients' daily offerings and new promotional opportunities for the consumer. The Client Service Representative consistently meets the company's efficiency standards and displays ownership when handling customer and client acquisitions and launching new client accounts for our clients. The Client Service Representative generates, tracks, and manages sales reports to ensure the firm is meeting the goals set by our existing and new clients.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Client Service Representative:

Maximize customer satisfaction and customer acquisition through daily interactions and engagements with interested consumers, educating them on product offerings, and conducting follow-ups to ensure that policies are responsive to consumer needs. Responsible for providing excellent client service and customer support representing our firm and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with existing and potential customers.

Core Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative:

  • Proactively deliver customer service and sales support for all assigned customer leads
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of consumer data in sales transactions
  • Promote the company and brand with integrity, honesty, and exemplify our core values
  • Build strong relationships with team members, superiors, clients, and consumers
  • Attend regular meetings and conferences for continuous improvement and education

Requirements of the Client Service Representative:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role with demonstrated leadership responsibilities is a bonus
  • Superior communication skills with a variety of different types of customers and clients
  • Capacity to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be flexible with schedules, including weekends and evenings on occasion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
