Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are a mental health practice seeking a candidate with excellent skills in customer service, Excel and payroll to manage client accounting, answer the phone, set appointments and other general office responsibilities. This position requires someone who has the ability to multi-task, take initiative, be organized and work independently. Familiarity with insurance eligibility, and computer software is a definite plus. Candidate must possess excellent customer services skills, be a self-starter and detail-oriented.
This position will work an average of 32 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay rate is determined upon experience.
