Carolina Country Club, a private platinum private club, is currently hiring Banquet Servers/house set up to work varied shifts to include morning/afternoon/evening weekends, and Holidays up to 30 hours per week. We are seeking outgoing and personable individuals interested in pursuing a server's position in an enjoyable family-oriented environment. The candidate will utilize excellent service skills to connect with our members as well as build friendly and professional relationships with co-workers. Qualifications:
-Open availability throughout the week is a plus (Tuesdays through Sundays, varied as needed)
-Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual
-Outgoing and personable *Able to implement and uphold service standards
-Capable of prioritizing and organizing work assignments
-Ability to interact with all Club Members and team members
-Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
-Must be able to set up functions space with tables, chair, linens, tableware, etc.
-Always be professional and friendly
-Be flexible to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays.
