Job Summary:
Carolina Country Club is hiring seasonal servers for the family-oriented pool complex that includes a casual Grille and Bar. We are seeking dynamic, outgoing, personable individuals who will utilize excellent service skills to connect with our members as well as build friendly and professional relationships with co-workers. If you are looking for a fun, casual place to work outdoors, this is the place for you! On the job training will be provided.
All employees receive FREE MEALS on scheduled workdays and discounted merchandise from all pro-shops. May be eligible for additional benefits after a 6 month waiting period which include full health & wellfare (medical, dental, vision, etc.).

-Outgoing and personable *Able to implement and uphold service standards
-Capable of prioritizing and organizing work assignments
-Ability to interact with all Club Members and team members
-Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
-Always be professional and friendly
-Flexible work schedule, must be available weekdays/nights, weekends & holidays.
Must pass the pre-hire drug screen and background check. EEOC, E-Verify and Covid-19 Best Practices.

- Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.

- Subject to moderate physical and emotional stress associated with food/beverage service. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
