JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Property Photographers create high quality photos to digitally represent homes for prospective renters, traveling to various vacation homes to take photos. This position works independently and requires a flexible schedule. The ability to electronically submit work in a timely manner is critical.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS – These duties can be performed with or without an accommodation

  • Provide high quality onsite real estate photography
  • Electronically transmit work at the end of each work week or as needed
  • Comfortable working and troubleshooting independently
  • Tech savvy, proficient with computers
  • Experience using Photoshop or Lightroom
  • Interest in improving processes
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace while on your feet most of the day
  • Presentable and personable
  • Has a positive attitude, good sense of humor, and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in a customer service or guest facing role

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous photography experience.
  • Must have high-speed internet.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of following an appointment schedule.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends during the high season.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and policies set forth by the company.
  • Follow guidelines for dress code and safety footwear. No open toed shoes.
  • Able to mentor, communicate, and educate new associates to meet and exceed CDR’s standards.
  • Valid Drivers’ License.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Pleasant, positive and upbeat hospitality attitude at all times.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, organize and pay attention to detail while processing high call and email volume.
  • Ability to perform in fast paced environment.
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • FAA-issued drone pilot license is preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis.
  • While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, sleet, heat).
  • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside.
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds of materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
