WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

In this Production Office Administrator role, you utilize your organizational skills to help assist our production teams with scheduling appointments with clients, ordering supplies and equipment, and completing payroll. When needed, you capitalize on any downtime by completing other job-related tasks. But, really, it's not what you will do, but how you will do it. You will need to be proactive-seeing what needs to be done and doing it. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be excited to have you join us!

  • At least 3 years of office experience
  • Extensive scheduling experience
  • Functional computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
