Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Advise clients on tax minimization strategies and asset protection
- Conduct client meetings to understand their unique needs and goals
- Navigate the estate and trust administration process with our clients
- Clearly and concisely communicate complex legal concepts
- Stay current on developments in estate planning law
- Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to provide comprehensive legal services
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $95,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
- Incentive-based compensation opportunities for exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics

Qualifications:
- Licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, or estate and trust administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
- Proficient in legal research and writing
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Hybrid (Remote and in-office in Cary, NC)
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshops
