Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Foster a nurturing atmosphere.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administration to support student success.

Skills

• Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain an engaging learning environment.
• Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds, particularly in early education settings.
• Ability to create innovative lesson plans that incorporate physical education and other subjects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively.
• A passion for educating young minds and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• CPR Certification (Required)
• High School or equivalent ( Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
