The patient care coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative and patient support functions within Carolina Heart Specialists. This role involves facilitating communication between patients, health care providers and other staff to ensure a seamless patient care experience. Patient care coordinator plays a critical role in patient satisfaction and the overall quality of care.
We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated and reliable front office worker to join our growing team. In this position, you will perform various administrative and clerical tasks. You should be comfortable with undertaking a variety of activities in the office including greeting people professionally and compassionately, answering the phone, checking insurance, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic with great communication skills are a must. 2-5 years medical front office experience required. NextGen experience preferred.
