Legal Case Manager

We are urgently hiring an experienced Legal Case Manager for a Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury firm in Columbia, SC. The perfect candidate is a people person who loves talking to clients and keeping organized records.

Sample Responsibilities

• First and main point of contact for individual clients in your caseload requiring a customer-centered focus of attention that will help guide them through the litigation process
• Responsible for keeping the client informed on the progress of the case and tracking the treatment plans for each client
• Completing the client intake process
• Answer basic questions from the clients or pass on legal questions to a firm attorney
• Review, organize, and summarize case materials.
• Conduct legal research and investigations as needed and directed.
• Responsible for docketing, calendaring, organizing pleadings and motions, collecting discovery, and other litigation-related documents
• Ensure proper documents are obtained and entered into case management software
• Ensure the case is progressing forward in a timely manner
