Litigation Associate Attorney – Let’s Make an Impact!
Ready to take the courtroom by storm? We’re looking for a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our powerhouse law firm in the Myrtle Beach and Conway area! If you love the thrill of litigation and want to help clients in personal injury, trucking, car accidents, and workers' compensation cases, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Litigate with passion – Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and more to drive cases forward
- Lead the charge – Guide clients through the litigation process and keep them in the loop every step of the way
- Collaborate with experts – Prepare reports, affidavits, and expert testimony to strengthen our cases
- Own the courtroom – Prepare for and represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Handle it all – Manage workers’ compensation cases from start to finish
- Travel across SC for court appearances – No two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For:
- JD from an accredited law school, SC Bar member in good standing
- 1-3 years of hands-on litigation experience and a passion for the courtroom
- Strong legal writing and research skills (you love digging into the details)
- Clear, confident communication – You know how to present arguments with clarity and conviction
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven
