Real Estate Recruiter – Home Advantage Realty, a Carolina One Company (Columbia, SC Market)

Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional with a passion for real estate and talent acquisition? Carolina One Real Estate is seeking a Full-Time Real Estate Recruiter (& some social media management preferred) to support the growth of Home Advantage Realty, a Carolina One Company, in the Columbia, SC market.

About the Role:

Home Advantage Realty (HAR), one of the most respected independent brokerages in South Carolina, recently partnered with Carolina One Real Estate, the state’s largest brokerage. This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a strong, collaborative team while playing a vital role in growing our team by attracting and onboarding both new and experienced real estate agents to our 5 branch office locations. You’ll work closely with Carolina One’s recruiting and leadership teams but will be dedicated to expanding the HAR brand by developing and executing recruiting strategies that highlight our exceptional culture, strong local brand, and commitment to agent success.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, attract, and recruit real estate professionals who align with HAR’s values and business model.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective agents through various outreach strategies, including networking, social media, events, and one-on-one meetings.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews effectively communicating the value of HAR’s training, support, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine recruiting strategies and ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
• Travel among our five branch office locations in a hybrid work environment to meet with candidates and engage with local real estate communities.
• Some Social Media Management (Preferred)

Who You Are:

• A self-motivated and personable professional with experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate.
• Skilled in relationship-building, communication, and networking.
• Familiar with real estate industry trends (experience in real estate recruitment is a plus!).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and digital communication tools.
• Energetic, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
