- Understand the hierarchy of tasks to complete
- Stay current and educated in networking, programming, information systems, and applicable IT fields
- Increase efficiency in all matters of work
- Learn the positions and responsibilities of company employees and agents, and how the candidate can benefit their efficiency and effectiveness

Processes to be able to do:
- Add/Delete/Modify Roster
- Setup Phone/Computer (Android/iPhone) / (MacOS / Windows)
- Troubleshoot Copiers/Network Connections/Phone System
- Team Formation/Dissolution/Modify
- Find answers
- Set up accounts
- Train agents and staff on programs and systems
In the office:
- Respond to cases in HelpScout within 30 minutes
- Keep Appointments on time
- Answer the phone
- Help with malfunctioning office equipment
- Be around in general to assist employees and agents
- Respond to emails and help requests
- Fill out Billing sheets
- Make calls out for tickets and responses
- Be aware of calendar events
- Attend classes when necessary
- Schedule appointments for setups

Qualifications
- Experience in technical support and software troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of computer management and desktop support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac OS
- Familiarity with computer networking, VPN, and TCP protocols
- Ability to effectively communicate using tools like a phone, email and Slack
- Understanding of Meraki systems and Windows environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
