Position Overview
We are seeking full-time Licensed Therapists or Qualified Professionals to support mental health consumers in crisis situations and provide critical services to promote wellness and stability.
This position involves delivering community-based therapy, case management, psycho-educational support, and rehabilitative services. The role focuses on empowering clients to develop independent living skills, manage symptoms, and achieve their personal goals.
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Compensation:
- QP piece rate $20
- Licensed Therapist piece rate $25
Key Responsibilities
Assessment and Planning
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments to evaluate client needs.
- Develop, coordinate, revise, monitor, and implement Person-Centered Plans (PCPs).
- Create and execute transition plans when clients enter or exit services.
- Assist clients in accessing benefits, community resources, and support services.
Direct Services
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and community-based behavioral and crisis interventions.
- Provide rehabilitative and psycho-educational activities tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate training for parents, guardians, and natural supports to enhance interaction with clients.
- Plan and implement community engagement activities aligned with therapeutic goals.
- Promote independent living by assisting clients with daily living skills.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work with clients, families, natural supports, and external agencies to align goals and services.
- Serve as a liaison to ensure coordinated care across agencies and stakeholders.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all services rendered, including treatment notes and Person-Centered Plans.
- Monitor service provision and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Availability
- Be available to respond to client and team needs 24/7/365.
- Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards, remaining free from illicit substance use.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Licensed Therapist: Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).
- Qualified Professional: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with relevant experience.
- Licensure:
- Licensed or Associate Licensed Mental Health Professional in North Carolina (e.g., LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and community-based care.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
