Job Summary
- The Coffee Shop Manager will oversee daily operations at our establishment.
- The manager will have a passion for coffee shops, excellent customer service skills, and managerial skills.

Leadership and Management:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team.
- Supervise and train staff on customer service and product knowledge.
- Scheduling and managing staff based on shop needs and extra events.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews, providing feedback and support to foster professional growth.
- Show ability to step into the Barista role as needed based on staffing needs.

Business Development:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability, including marketing initiatives and service promotions.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure stock availability.
- Create new coffee menu items based on seasonality.

Customer Experience:

- Uphold the highest standards of client service and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies and loyalty programs.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure the shop environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or preferred
Experience
- Experience in Coffee Shop setting for 2 years, Team Lead, Inventory control & management, and customer service
Skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Solid financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide outstanding customer service
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
