We are working with a leading commercial GC in Charleston, SC that is looking to make a strategic hire for a Business Development Professional. Here are a few notes about this opportunity :

  • With a well-established commercial GC (been in business 50 years)
  • This person will be a VERY INTEGRAL part of the company's long-term growth in Charleston, SC
  • Strong compensation, bonus and benefits packages.
  • Client Base includes many Fortune 500 companies

This person will be responsible for :

  • Project Pursuit - Proposal Development
  • Market Research & Potential Partnerships (JV's)
  • Lead Generation / Relationship Building / Client Retention
  • Understanding Project Delivery Methods / Contract Formats
  • Previous experience with written proposal / presentation drafting and compilation is desired.

    • This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the best GC's in the southeast and pursuing exciting high end projects in the Charleston market.
