What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservation Agent/Customer Service position at Carolina Shores Vacation Rentals?
RESERVATION AGENT
SUMMARY: Seeking a responsible individual to join our team. This person should possess great phone skills and be able to communicate well and professionally with others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Greet guest as they check-in and provide information about their vacation home and the area.
· Make check-in packets for upcoming arrivals.
· Take credit card payments, over the phone and in-person, for vacation rentals.
· Assist tenants with issues in their vacation home and direct any concern to the proper department to be resolved.
· Make reservations using our Escapia software.
· Assist the Property Manager with other duties.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST:
· Have excellent customer service skills.
· Be a quick learner.
· Have a valid driver’s license.
· Work well under pressure.
· Keep your work area spotless at all times.
· Have great writing skills.
