Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar platforms.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before guest arrival, including bussing tables after guests leave.
- Sanitate work areas regularly to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation of dishes.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise during service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Shifts would be Monday thru Friday 3:30pm-10/11pm, Saturday and Sunday any combination of 9:45am-4pm, 3:30pm-10pm/11pm. Must be able to meet this hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $3.00 - $13.85 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
